Castle Dome Turquoise, the Best
We were astounded to see the pure intense colors of this turquoise from the Castle Dome
mine. The purity, depth and richness of the turquoise color is heavenly indeed.
Turquoise from Castle Dome is rare: the mine has been closed since the late 1970s.
I know a miner who has access to the remaining turquoise from this mine and when we sell it, that's the

Turquoise Pendants
You've got a lot of design possibilities with any of these unique turquoise pendants. Smoothly polished but
not treated in any way, each is unique with fascinating markings, different on each side, and that "just mined" look. They sell
according to their gram weight which is shown in the image. Each has a good hole at the top to
insert your wire or cord. Sizes: from the left, 2" high, 2" high, 1.5" high, 1.5" x 1.5" and drilled top to bottom.

It's All Coral--Can You Tell The Difference?
Natural red coral is getting rare and is expensive. In the above image are 3 strands of red coral. Can you tell which is the natural and which is the dyed coral? They certainly look identical! The 3mm strand is the all-natural one, and the other 2 are white coral that has been permanently dyed with an oil-based formula. I tested these beads with various other chemicals including bleach and the color is absolutely resistant. One of a kind gaspeite jawdropper! This is a very fine design made of
"wavy" slices of gaspeite with excellent green color (almost nonexistent) and interesting inclusions. The weight is 150 grams.
The size of the center large pieces is 18mm, graduating down to 10mm at the ends. It is
getting very hard to find bright green gaspeite, the Australian mines are tapped out. This is

Gaspeite Double Hole Ovals

The flat oval is drilled twice so it has many unusual design possibilities. The color is a fresh green with

Huge or Not so Huge Chinese Turquoise "Pi" Pieces
Each one of these circular turquoise pieces is unique. I have been looking for more for
years, finally managed to find good-quality ones with wonderful markings.
We are selling them at 55 cents per gram. The gram weights go from 74g for the
largest, 3" diameter, to 25g for the smallest, 1.5" diameter. Choose your size from

In Native American folklore it is believed there was a Chief whose skin was tinted turquoise. When he ran in the desert, his sweat ran into the ground, collected in rocks and became the gemstone turquoise.

These are really really big Chinese turquoise oval egg-like beads drilled lengthwise so you can

Buddhist Art and Turquoise, Coral
Representations of Buddha often wear necklaces and bracelets made of precious jewels. In many sculptures the necklaces are inlaid with turquoise and coral. Multiple strands of necklaces hang down over the bare chests of these sculptures.
Italians LOVE Coral! Here are two examples
My jaw dropped when I walked past this window so I got a photo of it. Don't even ask what
some of these jewels cost! The quality is unbelievable! All colors, shapes, sizes, what more
does a coral lover want. This was in Florence. You'd never see this in the US.

Sleeping Beauty Turquoise Round Beads
If you want the best, these are the best. 100% natural round beads from the famous Sleeping Beauty mine
in Arizona. They are enhanced, which refers to a very new hardening treatment of turquoise that involves a patented bath of minerals charged with an electrical current.
These minerals are the same as found in natural turquoise. Natural color is not affected. Enhancing renders a clean, glassy hard stone that will not change color.

Coral and Crystal Art Necklace
Another dramatic combination of coral and crystal highlighted by silver detailed fittings is a fabulous original design, ours exclusively. The central coral "pi" (circle) is an important symbol in the Orient for strength and unity. We made a detailed peyote stitch bar with tiny crystal beads to complete the toggle with the coral "pi".
