Antique Carnelian Beads from Mali
Feast your eyes on these beautiful, old carnelian beads from Mali. They were hand carved and polished and possess a wonderful, true carnelian color. The larger strand is 27 inches long, with beads graduating from 9mm to 13mm. The smaller strand is 22 inches long with beads graduating from 6mm to 13mm. Bone Animal Carvings
Delightful detailed carvings, done with skill, of a sitting tiger, striking snake, water buffalo, and grazing horse. Carved from cow or camel bone. Each one about one inch high and drilled top to bottom. Tiger, snake, buffalo or horse, $25.00 each.
Amethyst Nuggets
Good natural amethyst color and shapes, the smaller ones are triangular, 13x9mm, the larger ones are smooth ovals, 18x14mm. Purple is a very pretty shade. Amazonite Pendant, Fascinating Markings
I could not resist these fascinating amazonite pendants. Not only are they extra large but each one has a different abstract "scene" as a result of the pyrite and black tourmaline inclusions. Some resemble the coastline with ocean view, some look like a mountain slope with blue sky & wispy clouds, etc. Size is about 42x30mm, 1-3/4" high and 1.5" wide. Smoothly polished. Gemstone Horse Clasp
Here is a wonderful clasp to create excitement for your necklace! The horse head "hook" measures about 2.5" long,
with an oval loop about one inch that slips under the neck. The hook part has a hole at one end for attaching.

Carved Fu Dog

Ocean Jasper Shapes
| Above left, just a suggestion of the fascination of ocean jasper.
Each bead is interesting for the unique markings in stripes, whorls, dots, spatters, blotches,
dapples, and waves. The colors are primarily a good agate green but include rust, beige, blue-gray,
brown, black-green, white, salmon, pale pink, light gray. The top strand beads are 25mm x 15mm. The lower strand beads are
17mm x 12mm. This photo doesn't show the tremendous variation in marking & color.

Next, here are some oval pieces of ocean jasper with drusy--sparkly crystals growing right out of the bead! The crystals match the color of the back of the bead which is polished and has typical dots, stripes, waves, etc. The beads are like tiny geodes. A one of a kind item. About 15mm x 12mm x 8mm thick.
